Via31 Condominium is located in Soi Sukhumvit 31 area, which is one of the most prime residential area of Bangkok. There are total 88 residential units, ranging from 1 bedroom unit to 3 bedroom unit.

Inspired by the building location, in the quiet and private small lane, secluded from the main road. We imagined that the architecture will be like a cosy bird-nest, where residents can live privately in the middle of busy area. The exterior of building is covered by fine aluminium vertical screen in various warm wood colour, like straw. The façade screen and the cantilevered ledge act as sun shading device. By using different density of then screen, it creates privacy and the various relationships between interior living space and exterior surrounding; from the widest opening at living room to the densest area covering the condensing units.

Where the residents can really enjoy the openness and the surrounding from their units, the 25 special white box balconies are cantilevered through the screen and create the good size of balcony for outdoor dining table set. On the 8 floor, there are two of three bedroom units, which both have 6.00m. long balcony opening to sky with their own trees.

Inside the building, we have the internal courtyards with seating areas on 2nd floor. It opens continuously to the top floor and all unit entrances, leading people horizontally to the swimming pool and facilities on the same floor.
