Located in Sukhumvit, Quinn Sukhumvit 101 is a project located in the area near convenient public transportation as BTS Punnawithi with the site connected to the city center and business area. Quinn Sukhumvit 101 aims to deliver a design that answers to the city life needs of ‘living with extended family’ in Bangkok.

Quinn Sukhumvit 101 is a 32-storey residential building started with the concept of responding to ‘Growth Living’. The idea is to provide adjustable space and buffer zone into the design; Semi Outdoor spaces that can use as a multipurpose area, the bedroom that can combine as one and can also divide into 2 bedrooms follow the need of users. This adjustable area creates the space that answers directly to the individual need of different people within one design. The arrangement of the rooms concerned most about the perception that reflected from inside out, the window frames show the lifestyle of people which reflected throughout the diversity of the façade.
